I Am A Living Spirit
(Ge2:7; 1Co15:45-47)

God is the living God.
He lives for ever and ever (Rev10:6) and
He lets those who want to live live.

Faith is knowing that “I am a living spirit” (Ge2:7), and
The life of this faith is putting every effort to live eternally by the life-giving spirit (1Co15:45).

While all living things that God created
Strive to live following His command to live,
Ironically, however, humans are the only creatures that commit suicide
Since they mistakenly think that they have the choice to live or die.

After men die, their flesh returns to dust (Ge3:19) and
Their spirit destined for the fire of hell (Mt25:41; Rm5:12; 1Co15:22).
While angels live by keeping their proper position (Jude1:6),
For men, their flesh lives by eating bread and
Their spirit lives by eating the word, that is, obeying the word for they are living being (Ge2:17).
Their ancestor Adam, however, was deceived by the devil and
Broke the command regarding the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (Ge3:4-6).

The decrees and laws that God gave Israel (Dt5:1) was the command
For them to keep in order to live (Dt30:19-20).
Even for those who killed were told to run for their lives into the cities of refuge (Nu35:1-32), and
Even the treasonous one was spared of his life (1Ki1:50-53)
When he held on to the horns of the altar in the tabernacle where
The golden vase with manna which the Israelites ate and lived for 40 years was (Ex16:33-35).

Yeshua said, “Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days” (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
In not the name Jehovah but the Father’s name Yeshua (Jn5:43)
He would raise not the flesh but the spirit to live eternally
For those who eat His blood and flesh, that is, Him (Jn6:32-57):
The first Adam = the living spirit = not spiritual = earthly (1Co15:45-48);
The last Adam = the life-giving spirit = spiritual = of heaven.

As He died, Yeshua said, “It is finished” (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Willingly laid down His life for the command to resurrect and live eternally (Jn10:17-18);
2) Through His death judged the devil the ruler of death (He2:14); and
3) With His redeeming blood cleansed the spirit of all men (1Pe1:18; He9:24), and forgave their sins and gave life (Lev17:11).

After He resurrected and ascended to heaven,
He sat down on the heavenly throne as the Lamb who was dead but
Now He is alive for ever and ever (Rev1:18).

The Holy Spirit of life whom He sent (Rm8:2)
Raises to life the souls who became alive by the blood of Yeshua.

The Christian is he who
Puts every effort to gather into the church, the habitat for my soul (1Ti3:15; He10:25),
Hears the Word of not Moses but Yeshua, and carries it out to action for
The Word of Yeshua is spirit and life (Jn6:63).
He firmly cuts off the desires of the flesh (Mt18:9) and all regrets in the world (Mk10:29-30),
Totally denies himself (Mt16:24), and
Risks his life to testify Yeshua before other men
Raising to life his own soul and others’ souls (Mk10:28-33),
All because of his desire to go before Yeshua and live eternally with Him when He returns.

O Lord,
Nothing is more pressing, nothing more important than
My spirit living.
Add on to me a double portion of spiritual inspiration so that
I may supply abundantly food to the souls whom You have entrusted me with.
I want to go to the place where You are and live with You forever!
I am a living spirit! Amen.
