I Am A Child of God
(Jn1:12)

God is the Father (Mt6:9).
He gives birth to children through the word of truth (Jas1:18) and
He nurtures them through the Sprit of truth (Jn14:17-18).

Faith is knowing that I am a child of God.
The life of this faith is living according to the Father’s will until returning to His house (Jn14:2).

The relationship between a father and a child is so enduring that
Even if the child distrusts, resents and even hates his father
His father continues to love him and infinitely sacrifices, forgives and waits for him.

Nevertheless, the Bible teaches men that their fathers in the world are not their true father
But rather the One who is in heaven is their true Father (Mt23:9).
As such, God made man a living being (Ge2:7) to give birth to him in His blood and
Establish an eternal relationship between father and son.
Angels, on the other hand, were made as ministering spiritual beings (He1:5, 14).

Deceived by the devil, Adam sinned (Ge3:4-6) and
All mankind became children of the devil (Jn8:44), who as an archangel
Sinned in heaven and was cast down to Hades (Is14:12-15)
Contained until the great day of judgement after which he will go to hell (Mt25:41; 2Pe2:4; Jude1:6).

After the exodus, the Israelites who were slaves of the pharaoh
Became servants of Jehovah (Ps113:1).
The Law, the records of debt on the stone tablets that they received (Eph2:15; Col2:14) was
Also called the spirit to fear (Rm8:15) for
Breaking any of them would cut them off (Lev18:29; Nu15:31).

The sanctuary where the name of Jehovah and the stone tablets were
Became the object of fear and reverence for Israel.

Yeshua said, “Destroy this temple and I will raise it in three days” (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would through not the spirit of slave on the written code
But the spirit of adoption to sonship written on hearts (Rm2:29, 8:15),
Tear down the servant status made by the name Jehovah and
Give birth to children through the Father’s name Yeshua and
Establish an eternal relationship that can never break.

For Yeshua called, “my Father” to the One in heaven (Mt10:32; Lk2:49)
He was hated by the Jews steeped in the consciousness of slavery (Jn5:18, 6:42).
Yet as He died, He said, “It is finished” (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Died according to the command and fulfilled the Father’s will (Jn10:17-18);
2) Judged the devil the father of lies (Ge3:4-6; Jn8:44); and
3) To rescue all men from the present evil age tore His flesh and cancelled the record of debt (Gal1:4; Col2:14).

He resurrected and ascended to heaven and
Arrived in the Father’s house.

The Holy Spirit whom He sent comes to
Those born-again in the blood of Yeshua (1Pe1:23),
Not leaving them as orphans (Jn14:16, 18).
He is in pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in them (Gal4:19).

The child of God is he who
In order to live for the Father’s name, kingdom and will
Does not work for the food that spoils (Mt6:31-34; Jn6:27).
While he has the chance in the flesh
He repents and is forgiven (Mt6:12-15; 1Jn3:9-10; Rev2:19) and
Does not fall by any test or temptation (Rm8:35; 1Co10:12).
He cries out to the heavenly Father
To be rescued from the evil one, from the world, from those without hope (1Co15:33-34)
For there is no safe haven in the world — not in the home, school or even church.

O Lord,
This world is so evil and so are we.
Take pity on me and all those You have given me.
When we leave this world
Take us all up to the Father’s house. Amen.
