I Am Blessed 2
(Mt5:1-2; He7:1-7)

God is the blessed God (1Ti1:11).
From Him comes blessing and
He surely blesses those who consider His blessing as the greatest (He6:14)
With every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places (Eph1:3).

People consider material abundance as blessing and seek it
But when they encounter a problem that cannot be resolved by money
They realize that the true blessing is not the abundance of materials.

Faith is knowing that one has no good apart from Him (Ps16:2) and
The life of this faith is to have God as one’s help (Ps146:5) and blessing others (1Pe3:9).

The Bible records the blessings of God:
God blessed the fish, birds and humans, and they multiplied — the material blessing (Ge1:22, 28);
He blessed the seventh day and there was holiness — the spiritual blessing (Ge2:3).

To become a blessing, Abram followed God’s instruction and
Left his country and his father’s house (Ge12:1-2).
He even gave his only son whom he received at 100, for which his seed was blessed.
Accordingly, Isaac became wealthy (Ge26:12-13) and
His family believed that he was blessed (Ge27:4-45).
His son Jacob believed in his father’s blessing for him (Ge27:29-30) and
Though he left his home with nothing blessing followed where he went (Ge30:27).
Furthermore, when he surrendered all the possessions he gained over 20 years and
Met an angel (Hos12:3-4), he sought blessing and received the name Israel (Ge32:26-28).
For his son Joseph’s sake God blessed (Ge39:5) and Egypt became a powerful country.

As the Israelites left Egypt after 400 years of slavery
They took the treasures from Egypt (Ex12:35-39) with which
They built the sanctuary where the name Jehovah was (Ex20:24).
It promised them that those who keep the law are blessed (Pr29:18):
The growth of their seed (Dt6:3), the inheritance of the land (Ps37:22), a long life (Dt5:16),
Wealth (Dt15:4), not be ruled by others (Dt15:6), guaranteed toil (Dt12:7) etc.

Yeshua said, “Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days” (Jn2:19), because
Through the death and the resurrection of the temple of His body,
He would bless in not the name Jehovah but the Father’s name Yeshua (Jn5:43)
Not the descendants of Abraham but all peoples (Ac3:25)
Not with earthly blessing but with every spiritual blessing the heavenly places (Eph1:3) for
He is the One who met Abraham, the blessing among men, and blessed him (He7:1-7),
He is the Son of God (Mt16:16-17; Lk10:23-24).
As such, He showed such through
The signs of multiplying fish and bread, filling up the empty boat etc.

For He ignored those who saw His signs and wanted to make Him their king (Jn6:15),
Out of their disappointment they led Him to death.
But as He died, Yeshua said, “It is finished” (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Received blessing from the Father by kneeling before Him in seeking (Jn10:18; He7:7);
2) Judged the thief the devil (Jn10:10; 1Jn3:8); and
3) Purchased all men with His redeeming blood (Eph1:7).

He resurrected and ascended to heaven and
Sat on the heavenly throne.

The Holy Spirit whom He sent

Comes in the name Yeshua to those who are poor in spirit (Mt5:3) and
Blesses them with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places.

The blessed is he who
Knelt before Yeshua Christ.
He prays in the name of Yeshua and lives only by His word,
Does not repay evil with evil, reviling with reviling, but on the contrary, blesses (Rm12:14; 1Pe3:9) for
Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord (Rev14:13) as
He longs to enter the greatest blessing of the wedding feast of the Lamb,
The first resurrection (Rev19:9, 20:6).

O Lord,
We have no good apart from You.
Let us live only with the name Yeshua, our greatest blessing and
Until our last breath let us bless! Amen.
