I Am God’s Temple

God is holy (Lev11:44).
His essence, His name, His word and His dwelling place are all holy (Ps111:9, 105:42; Is65:5) and
He lets those who have become holy by the word enter the holy city (Eph5:26-27).

Faith is knowing the Holy One (Pr9:10) and
The life of this faith is becoming holy by His word (Eph5:25-26).

Jerusalem has become the center of the world history and
The focus of religious and political conflicts since
It is where the house where the One God dwells is, where the capital for two tribes of people is,
Where the monasteries of three major religions are, and
The only city in the world that exists both on earth and in heaven.
Moreover, it is where the Temple of Jerusalem is.

God alone is holy.
Even heaven is not holy (Job15:15-16) for
The universe was made to contain the angels who sinned (Is14:12-15).

The commandment that God gave the holy nation Israel after the exodus (Ex19:6) was
For them to keep it and be sanctified (Lev20:8) and
The Temple of Jerusalem where the holy name of God was (Eze36:21)
Reminded them of Jehovah who sanctified them (Lev20:8).
However, their fall of even setting up an idol in the temple court brought on
The tragedy of repeated destruction of the Temple.

To the Jews who believed in the connection between
The fate of the Temple of Jerusalem and the fate of their nation (Is4:3; Eze37:28; Joel3:17),
Yeshua said, “Destroy this temple and I will raise it again in three days” (Jn2:19), for which
He was hated by them. However, in the Father’s name Yeshua (Jn5:43), not in the name Jehovah,
He would raise the New Temple of Jerusalem in heaven greater than the temple on earth (Mt12:6) for
He is the Son of God (He9:23).
Although men did not recognize Him, demons did and shouted that He is the holy one (Mk1:24).

As He died, He said, “It is finished” (Jn19:30), declaring that He:
1) Died according to the Father’s command and sanctified Himself (Jn17:17) and the heavenly sanctuary (He9:23);
2) Judged the devil the origin of sin, the unclean (Is14:12-15; 1Jn3:8); and
3) Sprinkled the redeeming blood and made the souls of all men holy (Jn17:17; Eph1:7).

His resurrection testified that He is the Holy One (Ac2:27) and
Entered the heavenly sanctuary which He sacrificed with His blood (He9:24; Rev4:8).

The Holy Spirit who came in the name of Yeshua (Jn14:26) came to
The church and the souls cleansed by the blood of Yeshua as God’s temple and
Commands them to be holy (1Co3:16-17; 2Th2:13).

The church eliminates at all costs other spirit, other Yeshua or other gospel for
She puts effort to never break away from the essence of the temple, purity (2Co11:2-4).

The saint strives to take off all unclean things of the world such as
Sexual immorality, any unclean, detestable or false things (He13:4, Rev21:27).
He does not leave the church on his own but puts effort to stay closely intact so that
When the Lamb Jesus Christ returns he longs to be found as a precious stone adorning
The Holy City, the New Jerusalem descending from heaven (Rev21:1-2, 19-20) and
Become a pillar that never leaves (Rev3:12) for
Each building structure must be joined together making up the temple (Eph2:20-22).

O Lord,
If we knew the history of Jerusalem and the Temple of Jerusalem
How shocking it is to say, “I am God’s temple!”
For I am a soul cleansed by the blood of Yeshua
Sanctify me by Your word so that
I may become a pillar in the church that is the temple
Never to leave so that I may become a pillar in God’s temple so
On the day You return I may enter the Holy City! Amen.
